Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the Sari rider app, the Sari Driver app and taxi.qabaa.org (together, "the service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

1. The service

Sari lets riders book rides with drivers who have been approved on the platform, follow the ride on a map, and pay in the app.

2. Your account

3. Booking and fares

4. Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe. By adding a card you authorise us to charge it for your rides and any tip you choose. Receipts are sent by email and are available in the app.

5. Riders

6. Drivers

7. Safety

The in-app SOS button alerts our team, but it does not contact the emergency services. In an emergency, always call 112.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. This includes making fraudulent bookings or payments, harassing or threatening anyone, interfering with the apps or servers, or using another person's account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

9. Ratings

Riders and drivers can rate each other after a ride. Ratings must be honest and must not contain abusive content. Your average rating may be shown to other users.

10. Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise that a driver will always be available or that the service will never be interrupted.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

12. Ending your account

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. For significant changes we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, arn.se) or a Swedish court.

15. Contact
